Hand raised baby companion parrots are our speciality !!! We hand raise everything from cockatiels through to Sulphur Crested Cockatoos. Our most popular are galahs, quakers, sun conures, alexandrine parrots, rainbow lorikeets, corellas & cockies. Each baby has its own personality and unique traits. Males & female both talk but it all depends on what you would like your parrot to do -- ie. cuddle, talk, clown around etc.
All babies are raised on a quality formula and weaned onto pellets, seed, vegetables and fruit. All members of the cockatoo family (galahs, corellas and cockatoos) are dna sexed and also tested for beak & feather disease. All other parrots (ie. green cheek conures, alexandrine parrots) are dna sexed only. Each baby is supplied with it's own certificate.
We are located in Murgon --- see the map below to see where we are located......... birds can easily be flown (if necessary) to all major airports via Bundaberg or Brisbane (at an additional cost). We attend the Shalom College markets on the 1st Sunday of the month in Bundaberg. The 3rd Sunday of the month we are at Chinchilla Markets and on the last Saturday of the month is when we usually go to Brisbane to fly out parrots that need to go to Mackay, Cairns, Sydney, Townsville or Broken Hill!
Murgon is 1hr from Gympie, 1 1/2 hrs from Maryborough, 2hrs from Hervey Bay, 3hrs from Brisbane, 2hrs from Sunshine Coast, 2hrs from Toowoomba & 1/2hr from Kingaroy. Murgon boasts fantastic wineries and BP Dam.
